Everyone seems to want baby #2 to be a boy, and I have definite 'boy' feelings this time around. I need to confess though -- I want another girl! Am I a terrible person?
I always thought that I would want baby #2 to be the opposite sex of what we got with baby #1 so that we would have a boy and a girl, but now that we're approaching TTC time . . . I really want Alyssa to have a baby sister, so I don't think you're terrible AT ALL!
I also always thought I'd want one of each, but when it came time to find out, I was really hoping for a second boy. It's so nice having two of the same gender. They are really the best of friends, and I haven't bought a single item of clothing for my second. (they are 1 year apart, so size/season worked out perfectly!)
So no, you're not a terrible person. And of course, once the baby is here, you will always think that whatever gender it is is the perfect one for your family.
Allie.. I'm glad that things are going well for you. I'm sure you will love this baby no matter what! Although.. IF it is a boy.. thing of all the shopping you will have to do!!! ;)

Not terrible at all. I call it sensible. Just think of how much money you will save on clothes alone!! :)

I agree... if it's a girl, you will save money! I secretly want another girl too when we try again. You aren't terrible.
