Hell hath frozen over...
Not that I've been anticipating this, but I heard today that Guns 'N' Roses is releasing a new album this fall. I dare say I might have a listen. Here is the news story.

Please note that more than likely that Slash and most of the other band will NOT be part of this. It is basically Axel and a group of others making the music under the name Guns n Roses - been a lawsuit and everything.
If you can believe, Slash - aside with his Velvet Revolver group - makes smooth jazz guitar music. They play his shit on the wave a lot. And that my friend is hell freezing over.....

Makes total sense. And I do own a Velvet Revolver album -- good shit.
Didn't we see Slash once in Laughlin? I distinctly remember seeing him while cutting through the Frontier to get to Harrah's. Are you with me?
I think I yelled "Slash" and then someone slapped me for it. Turned out it was only some creepy dude with curly hair that covered his face. Figures.
